Located in the lower reaches of the Yangtze River, the coast of the Yellow Sea, across the river from Shanghai, the Jiang-Hai Plain - Haimen City, Jiangsu Province (now Haimen District, Nantong City).

The company started researching and developing hydraulic dampers in 1991. It is a professional factory designated by the former Ministry of Railways to produce railway accessories. It is a professional enterprise engaged in the research, development, production, and maintenance of hydraulic dampers for railway locomotives, vehicles, subways, urban rail transit, and high-speed trains. It can design and produce hydraulic dampers that meet customer needs in a timely manner. Currently, it has more than 180 types of independently branded "Tiechi" HTJ series hydraulic dampers, more than 4,300 types of various spare parts, and has overhauled more than 690 types of imported and domestic hydraulic dampers of various specifications and models.

The company has a registered capital of 20 million yuan, fixed assets of 116 million yuan, and currently has 107 employees, including 32 professional and technical personnel and 51 professional production and maintenance personnel. The company has two factories, east and west, with a total factory area of 18,700 square meters. The east factory is located at No. 165, Zhenzhong Road, Haimen District, Nantong City, and the west factory is located at No. 199, Sanlian Road, Haimen District, Nantong City.

The company has 226 sets of various professional production and maintenance equipment, 60 sets of various testing equipment, and 1845 sets of various tooling and dies that meet the production and maintenance of hydraulic dampers, and 143 sets of machining equipment.
