Currently, it has more than 180 types of independently branded "Tiechi" HTJ series hydraulic dampers, more than 4,300 types of various spare parts, and has overhauled more than 690 types of imported and domestic hydraulic dampers of various specifications and models.
Details
A hydraulic damper is a mechanical device that uses the principle of hydraulic damping to absorb and buffer energy. It is widely used in automotive suspension systems, industrial equipment, and precision instruments. Its core structure consists of a hydraulic cylinder, piston, damping valve, and special hydraulic oil. The viscous resistance generated by the liquid flow converts mechanical kinetic energy into heat energy, thereby achieving a damping effect.
When an external impact force acts on the damper, the piston moves in the hydraulic cylinder, forcing the hydraulic oil through a precisely designed damping hole or valve system. The flow resistance generated when the oil flows through the narrow channel forms a reverse force, effectively offsetting the vibration energy. The multi-level adjustment function of the valve system can automatically adjust the damping coefficient according to vibrations of different frequencies and amplitudes, ensuring that the equipment maintains stable operation under complex working conditions.
Compared with traditional spring dampers, hydraulic systems have the advantages of fast response speed and strong temperature adaptability. The characteristic that the viscosity of the internal hydraulic oil changes with temperature is cleverly utilized: the lower the temperature, the lower the fluidity, the stronger the damping provided; the higher the temperature, the higher the fluidity, the system overload is avoided. Modern high-end models are also equipped with a nitrogen accumulator, which eliminates oil cavitation through a gas-liquid separation structure, significantly improving damping efficiency and durability.
In the automotive industry, hydraulic dampers work together with springs to filter road bumps and suppress body roll; in the field of precision machine tools, its micron-level damping accuracy ensures processing quality; and in special scenarios such as aerospace, alloy material versions with high pressure resistance and corrosion resistance can withstand extreme environmental tests. Regularly replacing special hydraulic oil and seals is the key maintenance measure to maintain its optimal performance.
